Our Story
We opened in 2017 with a single espresso machine, a folding table, and a conviction that the neighbourhood deserved a proper cup of coffee. The first month we sold out of beans by Thursday every week.
We've grown since then — a proper bar, a small team of people we're proud of, a rotating single-origin filter programme — but the Thursday problem is the same. Some things don't change.

What we care about
Sourced with intent
We work directly with farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala. Every bean has a traceable origin, a name behind it, and a story worth knowing.
Craft over speed
We train every barista for three months before they touch the bar unsupervised. Good coffee takes time, and we think you can taste the difference.
The neighbourhood first
We've hosted open mics, study nights, and community meetings in this room. We're a coffee shop, but we think that means more than just coffee.
